Folly – 20′ Norman Conquest
Folly is a 20′ long centre-cockpit river cruiser of fibreglass construction. These small yet versatile boats, constructed by Norman Cruisers, consist of front and rear cabins.

Folly was powered by a 9.9 horsepower Yamaha 4-stroke petrol engine which is more than adequate for canal cruising. The engine would charge the batteries when running.

There were two beds in the rear cabin, one on each side.

The front cabin had a forward V-berth with seating along both sides. There was a compartment for the toilet as well as a galley area with a sink and cupboards.

The boat was controlled from the middle. The steering, throttle and gear controls were here on the port side.
